Head over and meet Jen & Kellee at www.teachmentortexts.com and www.unleashingreaders.com for more on this awesome meme. There are many other
"It's Monday" links.
My screenshot of the books I read this past week is below. I am looking forward to sharing all four of the picture books I read with my class next year.
I read Last Stop and Special Delivery last week and really enjoyed them! I need to put Touch the Brightest Star and Meet the Dullards on my TBR list. :-)
ReplyDeleteMy daughters never wanted me to read them "quality literature"; books they obsessed over always tended to be something like The Baby Blue Cat and The Smiley Worm Doll! Did you know there were Arnie the Doughnut chalter books, too? I tthink the third one comes out soon. Nutty but fun!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I don;t get to read many picture books now that my sons are (mostly) grown. Thanks for stopping by my blog today and taking the time to comment! Enjoy your books this week -

2015 Big Book Summer Challenge
I've read a couple of these, but Touch the Brightest Star and Meet the Dullards are new to me.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you loved Last Stop! It was one of my favorite PBs I've read recently! I also read Special Delivery this week--such a quirky little book, but so much fun! I haven't read the other books, so I'm adding them to my TBR :)
ReplyDeleteHappy reading this week! :)
I've been looking for Last Stop on market Street in our library for the longest time, but it's always out! So popular!
